Princeton, NJ - Stone Arch Bridge

The first group of pictures are of a stone arch bridge in Princeton, New Jersey. It was built in 1792. This bridge is still in use for vehicular traffic, carrying Old Post Road (State Highway 206), spanning Stony Brook.

The next group of pictures are of another stone arch bridge in Princeton, New Jersey. This bridge also spans Stony Brook, just a little ways downstream of the one pictured above. I do not know when this one was built, but it appears to be of a similar construction design. This bridge is used for vehicular traffic, carrying Mercer Road.
